About the Role: As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering successful construction projects focusing, but not limited to, Commercial/ multi-family construction particularly in remodeling and restoration.
You will oversee all aspects of the project, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. Your ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders will be essential to your success in this role. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans and schedules.
Manage project budgets and ensure financial performance. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field Preferred 5 years of experience in construction project management.
Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
