We are currently heading up major Multifamily/Hospitality Projects looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team If you have experience in our field, please waste no time in applying. What You Will Be Doing:

• Specification & constructability review

• Value engineering

• Job commissioning

• Project planning

• Job scheduling setting up and overseeing project schedule from commissioning to data delivery

• Liaison with Owners, partners and government entities throughout project

• Liaison with external subcontractors and suppliers

• Execution of documents

• Financial management of project, including regular re-forecasting

• Formal performance and financial review of each completed project

• Manage large & more complicated projects

• Co-ordinate wider teams when managing very large projects

• Assist with grant applications and securing of financial resources

• Receive intended scope from developer and agree on timing

• Review scope, clarifying and suggesting improvements to design where appropriate

• Co-ordinate estimating

• Source quotes from external subcontractors and suppliers where appropriate

• Communicate estimates to Development, including advice on timing and capacity What You Need for this Position: - 3 years of experience
