Position Overview: The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry, specifically in the areas of arenas, schools (K-12), commercial, and hospitality building and construction. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and building codes Communicate and collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and subcontractors Track project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success Manage and mentor project team members, including contractors and subcontractors Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills In-depth understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Knowledge of arenas, schools (K-12), commercial, and hospitality building and construction Nice to have skills: Project Management, Concrete, Excavation, Asphalt Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus Benefits Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
