Position Summary:

This role will be responsible for facilitating projects between leadership, significant stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful implementation of all corporate initiatives that support the company's short- and long-term goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Project planning and management

  • Project assurance; delivering projects on-time and within scope

  • Resolving conflicting priorities and requirements

  • End to end delivery of projects through the full life cycle

  • Keeping internal and external project teams committed, motivated and productive through the duration of the project

  • Quality assurance of project deliveries to the client, ensuring business needs are met with the most appropriate solution

  • Preparing comprehensive project timelines, agendas, milestones, and charters

  • Defining project baselines, tracking project progress, project status reporting

  • Controlling time management (define activity, sequence activity, estimate the duration of activity, develop a schedule, maintain a schedule)

Work Schedule:

As a continued effort to provide a safe and productive work environment, Community Care Plan is currently following a hybrid work schedule. Staff are able to work from home 3 days a week and will report to the office 2 days a week.

The environment includes work inside/outside the office, travel to other offices, as well as domestic, travel. Qualifications

  • PMP Certification or the minimum equivalent of 5 years' experience.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with substantial knowledge in corporate operations and different divisions therein. Excellent negotiation and communication skills including technical writing. Ability to manage internal and external relationships and staff development.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel.
