Project Manager - Commercial Construction

As a member of our construction team, you will work year-round to help customers get back to their lives after they experience fire or water damage to their homes or businesses. As a Commercial Project Manager, you will oversee the quality execution of assigned reconstruction projects, assuming responsibility for successful outcomes and project profitability.

What You'll Do:

• Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements

• Expertly manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Verify Estimator's and Contractor's scope of work

• Communicate and negotiate with customers, adjusters, and contractors

• Visit job sites to verify progress and assist crews and contractors in resolving challenges

What It Takes:

• 5+ years in Industry

• Tech savvy

• Current, valid Driver's License

• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
