The Project Manager for the Northeast Region manages all aspects of installation projects to ensure trouble free installations. Additional responsibilities include specifying product, material purchases, shop and field personnel coordination, installation forecast reporting, other responsibilities as requested by Manager. This position delivers on our promise to provide high quality well organized installations.

Specific Duties Include, but not Limited to:

  • Work in close cooperation with Sales Reps, Installers and General Manager.

  • Preparing and maintaining job folders with current and updated information.

  • Scheduling site surveys to meet with GC, Site Super, Customer, etc. to discuss installation requirements electrical, site conditions, special installation requirements.

  • Procuring and organizing jobsite materials, product, glass, class II materials, etc.

  • Coordinating installation dates / times with GC, Site Super, Customer.

  • Coordinating installation schedules with install crews to best utilize manpower.

  • Maintain and update Forecast Schedule and send weekly report to Field Ops Manager.

  • Other duties as assigned by GM.


  • Minimum three years of experience in commercial construction

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate installation crews

  • Degree in management arena (operations, business, etc.) preferred

  • Experience working with general contractors and end users


  • Knowledge of product lines, ordering, installation requirements, product application as well as site condition evaluation

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

  • Customer and results driven to provide seamless on time installations

  • Concise and professional verbal, phone, written and presentation skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work positively/effectively with people at all levels inside and outside of the organization

  • Self motivated and creative with a strong desire to minimize installation issues

  • Ability to communicate well to organize materials and personnel

  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)

  • Ability to read architectural drawings

  • Strong leader with success in managing and motivating others to obtain results

  • Highly organized with the tenacity to succeed in a growing and fast paced organization

  • Forward thinking, adaptable, and creative leader, capable of strategic thinking and planning

  • Able to manage change, influence others, be a team player, and gain group commitment

  • Willing to travel as needed by personal vehicle or company vehicle

  • Must have an insured and reliable vehicle and a clear drivers license history

  • Able to work additional hours as required

VIEW JOBS 3/27/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-06-25T00:00 Job Description This position is responsible for all levels of pre-closing and post-closing review of commercial loan and mortgage documentation and quality control review of proposed legal, regulatory and internal lending, credit and risk policy requirements and to ensure accurate database coding for various internal and external reports. Department Processes include: * Final pre-closing review of loan and mortgage documentation prepared in-house as well as by outside attorneys, including verification of loan coding in the system. * Ensure all loans, extensions, modifications and renewals are documented adhering to all internal policies and procedures and external requirements. Complete pre-closing check for regulatory compliance including but not limited to Flood Regulations, OFAC, HMDA and CRA. Approve the loan for closing. * Perform post-closing review of signed loan documents to ensure no material changes have been made without proper approval. Complete a post-closing certification checklist to verify and document that no changes have occurred without proper approval. Assists team members with obtaining approvals on any changes. Works cross-functionally under tight deadlines with all levels of commercial lending including senior level officers, and with risk and compliance areas as well as peers and management across loan operations to resolve documentation or other issues. Requests assistance as needed for unique and/or complex situations to resolve issues within required timeframes. Performs post-closing review of attorney prepared new loan packages to ensure no material changes have been made. Completes a post-closing certification checklist to verify and document that no changes have occurred without proper approvals. Identifies internal process areas in need of improvement and provides recommendations to leads/management. Assists in various department projects. Acts as a resource for other team members on complex situations and assists with other Loan Servicing functions as needed. Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies. Knowledge, understanding of commercial loan documentation, policies, procedures and operations as well as related regulatory, compliance mandates, and issues. Ability to keep informed of trends and developments. Ability to understand and apply regulatory compliance and credit policy to daily responsibilities. Experience analyzing legal documents and determining a course of action based on findings. Responsible for ensuring the precision of credit, risk, internal lending, and regulatory compliance requirements and loan documents are satisfactory to protect the bank and minimize risk of loss. Working knowledge of basic accounting principles. Ability to evaluate, analyze and quantify the impact of the issues involved. Strong PC skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, Internet, e-mail and industry standard software. Ability to learn to use additional software as needed. Ability to view and concentrate on scanned images on a computer screen for extended periods of time. Time management and organization skills. Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy in a high volume, fast paced and multi-task environment. Ability to use own discretion when faced with routine decisions and appropriately escalate issues requiring a higher level of decision making or problem solving.
