Manage the overall execution of construction projects from start to finish
Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project objectives, budgets, and timelines
Coordinate and oversee project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Monitor and control project schedules, costs, and quality standards
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements Position Essential Job Functions: - Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to oversee project progress
Prepare and review project documentation, contracts, and change orders
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project implementation Position Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction industry
Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
Strong communication and leadership skills
Proficient in project management software and tools Benefits:
