Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, with a focus on office, banks, retail projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction Monitor and control project costs, identify and address any budget deviations Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements Manage and lead a team of construction professionals, including contractors and subcontractors Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders, including clients and senior management Identify and address any project risks or issues, develop and implement solutions Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports Ensure high-quality workmanship and timely completion of all project milestones Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial construction, with a focus on retail projects Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously Strong technical knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes Excellent leadership and team management skills Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed Benefits Vacation/PTO Medical Dental Vision 401k Bonus Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
