Position: Project Manager The Project Manager will oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered within budget and on time.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, restoration, tenant improvement (TI) and commercial construction. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.

Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed according to specifications and requirements. Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and labor to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. Monitor and track project progress, identify and resolve any issues or delays, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards. Manage project budget, including tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed. Supervise and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality and progress of work. Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office.

Experience in restoration, tenant improvement, and commercial construction projects is preferred. Knowledge of safety regulations and standards. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
