We developed our Internal Success Framework (the New Path Way) with the assistance of the top academics and business experts in the country. Our main goal is to assist our clients with every step of the building process, including financing, obtaining city approvals, finding tenants, designing, building, and other related tasks. We usually assist our clients by putting them in touch with our network.

Since its founding, our client has gathered approximately $150 million in confidential deals. Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with extensive experience in managing complex projects within the private equity and construction sectors. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives while navigating challenges in the construction landscape.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Collaborate with business owners, stakeholders, and modern-day developers to identify project scope and objectives. Oversee the buying and selling processes of properties, ensuring compliance with legal and financial regulations.

Manage city approvals and liaise with relevant authorities to facilitate project progress. Identify and secure financing solutions for project developments and expansions. Coordinate tenant identification and design processes to align with project goals.

Develop and implement an internal success framework to optimize project outcomes. Build and maintain a network of relationships with dealmakers in commercial construction services. Address construction challenges proactively and implement solutions for project efficiency.

Manage proprietary deals and ensure alignment with organizational strategies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the private equity or construction sectors.

Strong understanding of the construction landscape and challenges faced by developers. Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, ideally with budgets around $150M. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency in project management software and tools. Strong negotiation skills with an ability to navigate complex deal structures.
