Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Position Overview : We have a general contracting construction client that is looking to hire a project manager in Lubbock to join their team The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for developing project plans, setting deadlines, and overseeing the completion of construction projects This includes:

• Developing budgets, managing schedules, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget

• Develop, implement, & confirm project goals as a core team member of each project team

• Process subcontractor & contract change orders

• Evaluate progress & prepare detailed reports for each project Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction Strong project management skills, including the ability to create and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans Excellent communication and collaboration skills If you are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in commercial construction and project management, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Project Manager.
