Manages, & coordinates activities of projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and budget parameters.
Provides oversight to lead discipline Drafters, Engineers, project Coordinators and procurement representative assigned to the project.
Provide Project status reports including spreadsheets, memos and scheduling documents to other Customers as required.
Monitors and coordinates the execution of the various Projects and processes relating to client contracted agreements for project management and tenant improvements.
Resolves problems that arise due to inclement weather, emergencies, change orders, or other issues that may cause delays.
Must have extensive knowledge of MS Excel and QuickBooks
Possess strong communication skills, both written and oral
Minimum 1 year of experience supporting multiple PMs and Projects under PMO --- PMP highly preferred. Ability to identify and utilize all available resources to the fullest extend at all times.
Bilingual English / Spanish a major plus (Must have full domain of the English language)
Comfortable working in a multiple disciplinary team environment.
