HRV Conformance Verification Associates, Inc., an Award Winning, National Quality Assurance Inspection Firm, is currently seeking to add a Project Manager to our team. This individual will have a multitude of responsibilities relating to the provision of protective coatings application inspection services.
Will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
Coordinate and manage requests for coatings inspection
Maintain project schedules
Manage project budget
Contract administration
Assign work
Oversee inspector attendance including supervisory visits
Review/Approve reports
RFP/Proposal process
Client interaction including client visits
Responsible for Business Development in the Coatings field
Responsible for inspection recruitment of Coatings inspectors
Qualifications and Skills:
Knowledge of coating construction practices
Ability to develop excellent client relationships
Entrepreneurial outlook
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point
General understanding of project budgets
Education/Background:
Experience in coating processes or bridge/highway construction, management, sales, etc.
Degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field of study
Demonstrated experience managing projects or staff related to the application or inspection of protective coatings
Certification through NACE International's Coating Inspector Program (CIP) is a plus - level 3 is preferred OR AMPP Certification - Senior Inspector is preferred
OR an equivalent combination of experience and education
