Project Manager (CM Engineer 4)

Atlas is seeking a Project Manager to join our Texas team. The successful candidate will have a network of transportation connections and regional expertise in design and construction of Roadway/Highway, Bridge/Culvert, and Construction Materials with experience in drainage, environmental, and/or traffic engineering.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for multiple construction projects or a single project of a large scale requiring multiple disciplines which engineering observation of construction progress to ensure compliance with plans/specifications and

representing the best interests of public agencies.

• Oversees field staff and contractors on the site and responsible to ensure quality construction in accordance with plans and specifications.

• The candidate must possess a valid Texas PE license and have recent TxDOT contract administration experience.

• Duties will be performed in both the office and in the field including significant contact with clients, residents, contractors, public agencies and private owners.

• Candidate must also direct and supervise field activities and staff, office engineering, inspections, materials testing and act as liaison with clients/owners, consultants, contractors, design professionals and regulatory agencies.
