The Project Manager will be assigned to highly visible and challenging projects, with a primary focus on supporting Wealth Management and specifically Citizens Investment Services. In your capacity as business line project manager, you will liase with business sponsors, subject matter experts, risk managers and technology resources.

This position is accountable for developing the necessary project plans, schedules, budgets, presentations and documentation to ensure the successful delivery of project requirements and business benefits. The PM continuously reviews the status of projects and provides updates to the key stakeholders. This resource also identifies opportunities for continuous improvement in the project delivery process within the division.

Maintain key activities by supporting day-to-day operational, governance and tactical activities on projects, and audits and exam activities as needed

This includes documenting communication needs, tracking issues and actions within meetings and creating project plans, schedules, as needed.

Identifies and quantifies risks with key stakeholders, and develops strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.

Assists in documenting customer requirements, documenting risks, resolving issues and escalating issues when necessary to the Business Line.

Plans, schedules and tracks all project deliverables, goals, financials and milestones.

Demonstrates leadership with strong communication, organizational, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Build protocols and guides for field communications sales training

Be a liaison between Wealth Leadership and external vendors to capture system and functional requirements

Relationship management with external vendors which includes SOW and invoice management


Knowledge of Standard Project Management Methodology

Experience in use of MS Project, MS Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Excel

Previous work experience in a broker dealer preferred

Knowledge of CRM tools, SalesForce, Pega systems preferred

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent job experience
1 year Project Management and/or Project/Business Analyst experience

Attention to detail, problem solving, multi-tasking

Willingness to adapt to an ever-changing environment, adapt to shifting priorities per business line needs

VIEW JOBS 12/7/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-03-07T00:00 Description Reporting directly to the Head of Workplace Planning and Design Projects in the Property Services division, the Project Manager will be responsible for the delivery and execution of a portfolio of corporate construction projects. The chosen candidate will provide project management expertise throughout the project lifecycle and influence the time, cost, and quality of each project. The chosen individual will work closely with the Space Planning and Leasing teams to deliver projects on behalf of our business partners. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): * Direct oversight and coordination of the project team (internal and external resources) and related activities throughout the project lifecycle * Developing strong, effective working relationships with business partners, Strategy and Leasing, Space Planning, Facilities, Finance and vendors to effectively execute projects * Leading recurring project meetings and holding key stakeholders accountable for respective areas of responsibility * Providing critical evaluation and appropriate challenge to project cost and schedule * Ensuring adherence to Property's agreed upon project management process checklist and risk controls * Delivering of accurate and timely reporting against project plans and budget * Conducting proper site and other project due diligence, and partnering with Finance/Sourcing to conduct vendor request for proposals (RFP) and business cases in accordance with proper bank procedure * Leveraging expertise and industry best practices to streamline the existing project management process while ensuring adherence to risk Qualifications Experience and Skills: * 5 or more years of experience working in corporate real estate, construction and project management * Experience running end-to-end corporate construction projects of varying size and scope (new build-out, renovations, restacks, decommissioning, etc.) * Experience delivering to time, cost, and quality in a matrix driven decision making organization, and effectively communicating potential trade-offs * Advanced knowledge and relevant use of MS Office applications * Experience reviewing construction drawings, electrical, IT plans and providing feedback as appropriate * Track record of delivering successful projects with a high level of autonomy while also sensing when escalation to senior management is required * Willing to travel as required to conduct site visits and hold on-site meetings with landlord, property manager, vendors, etc. Education and Certifications: * Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or related field required, Master's degree preferred * Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred * LEED and/or other building certifications a plus Hours & Work Schedule Hours per Week: 40 Work Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM Monday through Friday Why Work for Us At Citizens, you'll find a customer-centric culture built around helping our customers and giving back to our local communities.
