This position is responsible for the implementation of large, value-creating and multi-functional business transformation projects, project management, reporting to steering committees and other key stakeholders, creating status updates, leading cross-functional teams and providing project-related support to both operating divisions as well as headquarters. In addition, this position will assist the VP, Transformation Management, in working directly with senior executives to understand, document, and value some of the largest initiatives in the company.
Manage team projects, reporting, and metric development, partnering with functional leads to provide project coordination and analysis.
Define project scope, goals and deliverables for assigned projects. Develop and drive schedules to ensure timely completion of the project and meeting deadlines and budgetary requirements of the project and coordinate all cross-functional activities.
Oversee all aspects of execution as per the project road map.
Manage all aspects of issue resolution related to the project delivery and manage any escalation to the steering committee as necessary.
Participate and execute various project plans as needed.
Responsible for developing and maintaining logs and trackers for issues as well as providing follow up and facilitating resolution of those issues.
Troubleshoot reporting and analysis issues in conjunction with functional process owners and key stakeholders across the company by holding workshops, managing through decision-making, or bringing issues and risks to resolution.
Communicate with project teams regarding project status. Develop and deliver communications to the end user community. Serve as primary link to facilitate communication across the team and to other functions.
Participate and execute various project plans as needed
Prepare and deliver routine and ad-hoc status or other reports for management, key stakeholders and steering committees
Manage consultant partners, if engaged, to supplement and assist in project management responsibilities
Works as part of a cross-functional team to identify synergies and efficiencies between and within both operating divisions as well as CBI HQ workstreams
Create presentation materials as needed for project teams and functional team meetings including status updates, risk and mitigation logs, information decks, timelines and Gantt charts or other materials as the project requires.
Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned.

Bachelor's Degree (MBA Preferred)
5-7 years experience in project management
Experience using structured project delivery methodology to implement business application solutions required
Proficiency in MS Office suite of products particularly Power point, Excel, Access
Knowledge of beverage alcohol industry preferred
