We seek a talented individual, a self-starter with a strong passion to support our business teams. Working as a member of the BPE team, the Project Manager will be responsible for managing complex projects that improve process efficiencies and effectiveness of Shark/Ninja's workforce. Projects may or may not include technology changes. The Project Manager must be a self-starter, an advocate of change, possess strong verbal and written communication skills and be willing to act as a liaison across all functional teams.


  • Organize and lead internal and external cross functional team members to deliver on time and within budget

  • Provide critical thinking, challenging leadership and project teams on their assumptions and improvement processes

  • Research, review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes

  • Manage executive team and project team expectations

  • Coordinate and facilitate in-depth interviews, meetings and workshops for current and future state processes improvements

  • Analyze process, data and work instructions to prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives for improving processes

  • Perform cost-benefit and return on investment (ROI) analysis for proposed changes to aid management in making tactical decisions

  • Establish impact and scope criteria of expected changes to define and identify issues, risks and mitigation

  • Develop business strategies and tactics to implement changes to existing or new processes

  • Create business process models, specifications, diagrams, and flow cha

  • Communicate status issues, risks and changes to all stake holders including executive leadership and project teams

  • Assist in developing RFQs/RFPs and response evaluations for vendor and technology

  • Facilitate and capture requirements, including creation of use cases and non-functional requirements

Success Criteria

  • Successfully engage in multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously

  • Effectively manage process improvement initiatives to completion within budget and timeline

  • Introduce and foster a culture of change

  • Process improvements are implemented and sustained resulting in improved efficiencies

Education and Experience Requirements

  • BS or Master's in Business/Finance, Industrial Engineering, Math or Science

  • Strong Project Management skills with 5+ years of Experience in Dynamic Organizations

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills

  • Knowledge and experience with new product development, sales, product marketing, digital marketing, engineering and supply chain logistics

  • Consumer Products Goods and Retail experience highly desirable

  • PMI Certification and Six Sigma Certification desirable

  • Proficiency with PM tools like MS Office, MS Project, Jira, Visio
