Concannon XR (CXR) is looking for a Project Manager/Business Analyst to support our growing Extended Reality (XR) practice area. This is a remote, work-from-anywhere opportunity with occasional travel. About Us

About the Position
The Project Manager/Business Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of various Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and/or Mixed Reality (MR) solutions for enterprises to help train, engage, retain, and enable employees and customers. A desire to work in a fast-paced environment is critical, managing multiple projects around the world at the same time. The successful candidate will be an integral part in building relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their requirements, and executing to client expectations on time and on budget.

Provide project planning and coordination for various concurrent projects
Set expectations, establish project timelines, drive tasks and action items with responsible parties until completion
Schedule and facilitate meetings, create agendas, capture minutes and document next steps
Lead requirements gathering and analysis and translate to impacted parties
Assist clients with implementations including architecture, configuration, account management, branding, testing, content integration, and training
Responsible for serving as the primary client escalation point for client changes and/or issues during the implementation process
Work with sales, product management, development, and cross functional teams for successful project completion and improve client experience
Provide support for delivery engagements to ensure client success
Coordinate internal and external resources and third parties for the execution of client projects
Create weekly project status and reports, tracking accomplishments, milestones, issues, change controls, and/or risk mitigation plans
Contribute to product roadmaps and presentations
Ad-hoc requests to support the firms internal initiatives

About You
This is what you should possess to be successful in this role:

BS degree or equivalent experience in related area
4+ years relevant experience (i.e. project management, business analysis)
Ability to effectively prioritize workload, manage multiple projects simultaneously and shift gears quickly, and work within fixed deadlines
Ability to learn and assimilate new information quickly
A high level of attention to detail, excellent follow through, and reliability
Experience working with teams managing projects, overseeing and directing the work of others in locations in a service-oriented environment
Adept at software development concepts to support the technical direction of the team
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to all levels in the organization and comfortable with client interactions
Ability to thrive as a self-starter and when working as part of a dynamic team
Depth in Agile or waterfall methodologies with flexibility in your application to projects
Knowledge and interest in AR, VR, or MR strongly preferred
Knowledge of: MS Office tools, project scheduling software
Ability to work remotely and support core business hours defined by clients
Travel may be required 5% of the time
Fluent in English; must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
