  • Operational Efficiency: Implement projects that streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve scalability, contributing to increased profitability.

  • Revenue Growth: Drive projects that develop new revenue opportunities, optimizing existing channels to enhance financial performance.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain effective communication with portfolio managers, program managers, business stakeholders, and project teams, fostering collaboration and buy-in across initiatives.

  • Risk Management and Quality Assurance: Proactively identify, communicate and mitigate risks, ensuring project deliverables meet expectations and deliver value.

YOUR EXPERIENCE.

The successful candidate will have:

  • PMP Certification is required.

  • Formal Agile training certification (Certified ScrumMaster (CMS), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) is desired.

  • Minimum of 10 years in project and program management, with proven expertise in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Experience in Tax, Audit, and Advisory services is a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field. Advanced degrees in project management or a related discipline preferred.

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools. Familiarity with financial models and data analysis tools is advantageous.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Must be willing and able to communicate to all levels of the firm.

  • Ability to see the big picture, aligning project objectives with business goals.

  • Successful track record in ability to lead, motivate, and manage diverse project teams.

  • Flexibility to adjust strategies and tactics in response to new information and changing conditions.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the capability to tackle complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions.

  • Skill in managing expectations and building consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Focus on optimizing resources and processes to achieve more with less, driving efficiency and scalability.
