Position Summary:

They are seeking a Building Science Project Manager with expertise in building science, building envelope design, and building enclosure construction principles. This role involves managing building enclosure projects, including investigations, design, construction document preparation, and field review, from start to finish. The Project Manager will be the day-to-day client contact and ensure excellent building enclosure performance on various building types.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage building enclosure projects from investigation to quality assurance reviews.

• Act as the main client contact throughout the project lifecycle.

• Supervise and mentor junior staff, ensuring technical quality and professional growth.

• Conduct site visits, prepare reports, and review contractor submittals.

• Lead project meetings with owners, developers, architects, and contractors.

• Ensure financial performance, project scheduling, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Applied Science, or Architecture (Master's degree is a plus).

• 5+ years of experience in building science consulting.

• 2+ years of project management experience.

• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or Architect registration preferred.

• Significant field experience and strong communication skills.
