Job Description

We are looking for a passionate, customer-focused, self-driven Project Manager to drive the Beta and Trials program. This person will help us build and execute programs to validate the customer experience during the product development cycle. You will work with end users (internal and external) and a wide variety of internal teams to develop the strategy and execute the program to confirm that, from a customer perspective, we're ready to launch. You'll be a "hands on" contributor to support and troubleshoot issues, resolve problems and keep the feedback flowing. Along the way you'll need to identify opportunity for improvements and put processes and tools in place to support continual efficiency gains. You will be required to track, communicate status on and independently drive issues to resolution. Cross-team coordination, project management and an ability to learn and understand new technology are essential.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or 4+years equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in program management in software development
  • 5+ years of experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with using, debugging and troubleshooting devices and gadgets.

  • Proven ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of responsibility Be able to handle sensitive information and keep it confidential

  • Possesses excellent business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical, common sense approach to getting things done.

  • Technical program management experience in embedded systems, web services, IoT, consumer electronics or related field

  • Independent style showing the ability to work with minimal direction in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the effective management of all clinical trial aspects including implementation in multi-institutions and research settings in accordance with FDA regulations and Good Clinical Practice guidelines. This individual will be responsible for training and professional development of the research staff members and physicians Responsibilities * Supervises and trains research teams of Clinical Research Coordinators and Investigators to conduct studies in accordance with FDA Regulations, ICH and GCP Guidelines. * Provides all required administrative and oversight of study progress. * Functions as a leader and mentor for coordinators, physicians, and other members of the research team. * Leads and facilitates Clinical Research Billing Compliance practices internally and externally for all specialties organizational wide. * Assists in study budget building with Director. * Interfaces with Attorneys internally and externally as necessary in negotiations. * Negotiates and creates Services Agreements for study related procedures. * Interacts as company liaison with external physicians, vendors, and hospital departments on study related details. * Communicates effectively to supervisor. * Creates monthly study status report(s) and maintains study metrics. * Interfaces with the Accounting Departments to record and reconcile all payment information and forecasts department quarterly earnings. * Enters, validates, and reconciles CTMS progress and payments. * Creates, revises and implements company SOP's to all applicable study staff. * Evaluates study protocols with appropriate staff members for suitability and feasibility. * Participates and contributes in strategic planning meetings with Director as necessary. * Coordinates logistical and operational issues to meet study enrollment goals. * Assists in Business Development and marketing efforts to bring new studies to the organization and engages new physicians in research. * Reads and abides by the company's code of conduct, ethics statements, employee handbook(s), policies and procedures and other corporate mandates, including participation in mandatory training programs. * Reports any real or suspected violation of the corporate compliance program, company policies and procedures, harassment or other prohibited activities in accordance with the reporting policies of the company. * Obtains clarification of policy whenever necessary and may use the resources available through the Compliance, Human Resources or Legal Department to do so.. Qualifications * Candidates must have a Master's Degree or PhD and 3-5 years of clinical research, grant submission and medical writing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of: * Microsoft Office Suite * Skill in creating data extracts and or reports from system * Knowledge and proficient skill level with Report Writers * Clinical Trial Management Software (CTMS) and Electronica Data Capture (EDC) * Navigation of different EHR systems Certificates and Licenses: * GCP Clinical Research Training Modules every two years (CITI) Supervisory Responsibilities: * Responsible for managing both exempt and non-exempt employees * Trains, coaches, and mentors clinical research teams * Plans and conducts performance appraisals and talent assessments of staff, recommends merits, bonuses and promotions and administers corrective actions when necessary If you are ready to join an exciting, progressive company and have a strong work ethic, join our team of experts!
