VP Program Manager Strategy and Change Lead
As the Program Manager VP Strategy and Change Lead, you will devise, organize and implement complex projects in compliance with the Change Control framework. You will be accountable for managing project cost, time and budget delivery, and work collaboratively with the Change and Transformation teams to ensure alignment with strategic transformation priorities and delivery of key, strategic US initiatives.
What will you be doing?
You will ensure delivery is to appropriate levels of quality, is on time, and is within budget and in accordance with the Project Plan.
You will support the creation of a robust business case and project objectives.
You will establish effective meeting governance built for that project's needs.
You will effectively prioritize project deliverables based on benefits delivery and impact to organization.
You will attend approval boards and provide supporting documentation
You will build and maintain effective working relationships with Operations Management, Tech, Change Delivery, Marketing and Partnerships to ensure awareness of other change programs that may impact the business.
