Core Job Duties

This Project Manager will have responsibility to deliver a single very-large, complex project of strategic importance, using client's specific project delivery framework. This transformative IT project will be delivered to client's PeopleServices team (AKA Human Resoiurces), and will partially automate business processes involved in recruitment, to deliver greater efficiencies.

This individual will work closely with Senior executive, in the World Headquarters building in Denver, Colorado. Although this position will be remote through Q3-2021, to ensure safety in light of COVID, this position will be full-time on-site in Devner when IT returns to the office.

Skills

The main scope of work for the Project Manager is to manage and support the Project Leadership Team to a successfully deliver the agreed project scope. This includes driving the project and tracking progress via multiple processes including:

Creation of and tracking against schedule

Managing risks and issues

Managing creation and tracking of budget

Communicating effectively to IT and business leadership

Appropriate escalation of issues with PLT and leadership

Creation of all applicable PMO project artifacts

Managing geographically diverse teams
