Reporting to Automation Anywhere's SVP, Brand Strategy and Culture Architect, the Culture Project Manager is responsible for the development and execution of the company's culture programs and initiatives. The Culture Project Manager works with Brand and HR departments to act as a liaison between employees and department heads within the organization. The Culture Project Manager is passionate about Automation Anywhere culture and is able to inspire others, demonstrate initiative, and is a natural leader.

The successful candidate will cultivate a corporate culture that fosters a fast-learning and continuously-improving organization, identifying how employees can do what they do better. The Culture Project Manager empowers teams, facilitates planning and execution of training events and programs for employees, establishes a culture ambassador unit, and ultimately models Automation Anywhere core values: Passion, Customer First, Innovation and One Team, One Goal.

Primary Duties

  • Evaluate current cultural environment within the organization

  • Propose and implement a culture enhancement plan

  • Facilitate the process to grow internal cohesion and shared culture

  • Establish systems & training programs to set the tone for communication

  • Facilitate a work culture that fosters effective communication

  • Support managers to free the full human potential of their employees

  • Select, develop & facilitate Culture Ambassadors throughout the company

  • Design and develop a system to monitor the corporate culture evolution

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 7+ years of experience as a Project or Program Manager. At a fast-growing software/tech company preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Leadership skills and self-starter, with an ability to make critical decisions

  • Ability to understand how a company is structured, motivated, inspired & incented

  • Aptitude to evaluate business issues and set up scalable process to solve problems

  • Demonstrated community-building activities

  • Demonstrated success in instituting similar programs, success in adoption of proposals,

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and collaborative coaching demeanor

  • Strong project management skills and an ability to work under tight deadlines

  • Experience in business process management in the enterprise space is a big plus

This role operates at the intersection of law and technology requiring the ability to interface with global business, legal, and technology teams. This role has the mandate to build strong cross-functional relationships, both within the Legal & Government Relations (LGR) organization worldwide, and across the company to help ensure that Adobe's CLM tools and workflows scale to handle today's CLM challenges and those in the future. Responsibilities: * Identify the key systems, solutions and user groups across Adobe's LGR team worldwide and help define the vision for contract lifecycles. * Create a Legal-CLM strategy by identifying innovation opportunities that augment the organization's capabilities, materially support business strategy, and align with the broader company direction. * Marshal existing technology, process assets, and infrastructure to engage in iterative gap analysis and identify tactical approaches required to execute on strategy. * Define, manage, and implement a strategic CLM roadmap that supports the expanding needs of Adobe and LGR team members. * Develop CLM technology solutions that provide operational insights and move decision making from reactive to proactive – including through AI, machine learning, data analytics, etc. * Understand CLM solution needs and usage in order to create a strategic plan for more robust feature and tool utilization. * Develop and implement criteria to evaluate and prioritize technical solution requests from LGR groups. * Collaborate with IT teams for effective allocation of technical resources and technical roadmap strategy. * Influence and advocate to groups at all levels (from senior leadership to line-level employees) to help guide them through change while maintaining a focus on customer experience. * Stay abreast of CLM innovation that is occurring inside and outside of our company. Apply that knowledge to educate LGR on how these innovations can help us work more effectively and efficiently. What You Need to Be Successful in this Role: * Understand CLM platform capabilities and strategies to evangelize and drive awareness * Conduct CLM customer interviews and surveys to understand opportunities and challenges. * Research CLM industry trends market offerings, and best practices. * Engage with business partners to align on top-level priorities. * Manage and prioritize initiatives and capability requirements. * Understand current and future needs to strengthen day-to-day productivity. * Main point of contact for CLM business requests and escalation. * Responsible for ongoing CLM operational support, training, and enablement. * Seamlessly interface with Technical Project Manager and Product Owner roles to provide business requirements and monitor ongoing development timelines. * Possess strong knowledge in finance, procurement, and contract lifecycles. * Possess technical skills necessary to translate business requirements for technical support teams. * Consistently demonstrate excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, and consulting skills. * Consistently demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to educate and influence management in adopting technology driven solutions/products. * Ability and desire to communicate with people across all levels in our company who have varying levels of technological experience and domain experience. * An entrepreneurial spirit that seeks out opportunity and a mental agility that welcomes a constantly evolving landscape. * Ability to employ a positive, team-first mentality that embraces diversity and understanding.
