Project Manager, Architecture

Ware Malcomb is hiring an Architecture Project Manager in our Pleasanton office!

Architectural Project Managers are responsible for the management of entire projects, from start to finish including conceptual, schematic, design development, construction documentation and construction services. You will be responsible for leading consultants, internal resources, overseeing the development of contract documents, adhering to budgets, facilitating contracts, construction site representation, and are a primary client contact throughout the life of a project.

Project Manager Requirements:

• 7+ years of Experience Managing Commercial and/or Industrial Architecture Projects (warehouse distribution centers and manufacturing facility project experience preferred)

• Working knowledge of Code Reviews, Construction Plan Sets, Technical Detailing, CPM Schedule Development

• Exposure to Workplans and Financial Tracking of Projects

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Manage and Support a Team of Junior Staff

• Ability to be a Team Player and Work Independently

• AutoCAD and Revit Proficiency Required

• Great Attitude
