At least ten years of experience performing work that is similar in scope to the work described below:

• Review of drawings, specifications design documents, along with the experience of NCRs, FCRs, CARs, and RFI processes and provide this information to the NNSA to assist in M&O resolution.

• Provide expertise in the application and implementation of DOE specific design, safety, and security requirements into construction line-item projects at DOE facilities.

• Assist the Federal Team to verify the local security requirements and assist in the development and implementation of various Project Security Plans as an Authorized Derivative Classifier for classification control and handling of controlled information.

• Conduct field oversight of the procedures used for implementing the Security Plan and assist the Federal Team in overseeing design and construction of the security requirements.

• Constructability/Security Reviews - Independent and structured reviews of construction bid documents to make certain the work requirements are clear, the documents are coordinated, and they assist the contractor in bidding, construction, and project administration to result in no impacts to the project.

• Assist the Government with field oversight of construction activities, ensure work control

processes and procedures are effectively implemented and optimized, and that work is safely and effectively coordinated with the facility operations team.

Requirements

Experience at a NNSA or DOE nuclear site preferred

Current DOE Q Clearance or be able to obtain/maintain a Q Clearance
