AGCO is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Batavia, IL.
Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
Work with all functional groups to identify needs and possible process improvements
Automation of office job functions
Assembly center efficiencies
Required Qualifications of the Project Manager:
3-5 years of experience in Project Management, Product Development, Purchasing or Industrial Operations
Previous experience working with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications of the Project Manager:
Certification in Project Management, Lean Principles or 6 Sigma
Experience in Agricultural industry
