Description:Note:
- This position is a Hybrid role aligned to Thousand Oaks/supporting clients in various remote sites.
- Engagement worker will be on a Hybrid schedule working remotely with occasional onsite meetings with clients/colleagues may be needed (but not frequent).
- EW will be working Pacific time primarily but may need to shift up/down to accommodate other time zones
- Project Manager Responsible for leading and managing the DTI strategy or main workstreams for a project.
- The PM Lead will be responsible for delivering all aspects of the Program.
- This includes front end planning, estimating, program setup, implementation, execution, and closure.
- The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring delivery meets the program requirements and is cost effective.
- This position will also drive operational improvement strategies, shares and incorporates best practices and lessons learned, and partners with key stakeholders.
- Responsible for staffing planning and providing guidance and oversight on program implementation.
- Prepares and keeps up-to-date the execution plans (including the schedule and the mobilization of personnel and equipment).
- Manages day to day activities including planning, staffing, schedule development and overall tracking and reporting of status and issues Directly manages execution of projects including document preparation, execution, and daily coordination Reviews documents to ensure that the requirements are accounted for in the design.
- Drive alignment of requirements with teams to ensure all aspects are aligned with the program.
- Ensures staff and Contingent workers on the Program are up to date with training requirements.
- Prepares and provides progress reports Coordinates assistance of the Vendor representatives, as required.
- Doctorate degree and 1 year of Engineering or Commissioning and Qualification Management experience OR Master's degree and 3 years of Engineering or Commissioning and Qualification Management experience OR Bachelor's degree and 5 years of Project Management experience.
- Doctorate degree OR Master degree and 2 years of experience OR Bachelor degree and 4 years of experience OR Associate degree and 10 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of experience.
