Who You'll Be Working With:

Evolent Health's Actuarial and Analytics department is seeking a Project Manager to help pursue its mission of creating innovative, actionable insights to change the way healthcare is delivered. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Project manage strategic projects and new client implementations onto the Evolent Analytics and Actuarial systems

  • Collaborate with a diverse set of teams throughout the company such as Client Analytics, Medical Economics, Data Science, Risk Analytics, Actuarial and IT

  • Develop and own a comprehensive project plan for all assigned client implementations and/or projects

  • Host and participate in project workgroups and meetings

  • Coordinate and deploy resources to meet project objectives

  • Develop and deliver progress updates to relevant stakeholders

  • Identify and communicate project risks and risk mitigation strategies

  • Anticipate and escalate issues as necessary

  • Manage changes in project scope throughout the project

  • Manage generation of initial analytic and actuarial deliverables

  • Ensure thorough documentation of client specific exceptions, data limitations and history

  • Innovate by building new methods to improve the implementation and/or project management process

  • Utilize critical thinking to understand technical challenges at a level to effectively drive the project

  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers

The Experience You'll Need (Required):

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 3-5 years of project management or new client implementation management experience PLUS 3-5 years of healthcare experience

  • Experience delivering technology-driven solutions, strongly prefer work with a Software as a Service (SaaS) company

  • Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple client projects simultaneously

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent PC skills; including Excel, Visio, Project, PowerPoint

  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and thirst for knowledge

  • Willingness to adapt and execute in a rapid pace setting

  • Collaborative working style with the ability to work across different organizations and personalities

Finishing Touches (Preferred):

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of healthcare data and the healthcare industry

  • Analytical experience with medical, pharmacy and ancillary claims, membership or other healthcare data

  • Experience working on a virtual team

We are seeking an experienced Risk Financial Services Data Integration and Analytics Project Lead. This person will be responsible for providing data expertise while managing the technical and data components of implementing and/or validating Financial Crime Risk and other regulatory & compliance systems. Typical systems include Anti-Money Laundering (AML) transaction monitoring, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Currency Transaction Reports (CTR), fraud detection and watch list screening systems. We are looking for a professional with in-depth experience in the data housed in banking and compliance source systems, to advise our clients on how best to transform that data into their compliance systems. The individual will lead/manage a team of data design, implementation or validation analysts and provide subject matter expertise at large financial institutions. The ideal candidate would have a solid understanding of AML technology and demonstrated expertise and experience in the financial services industry. Projects are fast-paced and facilitated in a collaborative team atmosphere. This individual would be responsible for delivering consulting services including solution development, leadership, business development, and managing client service delivery, including a team of other professionals. Responsibilities: * Executing large AML advisory/consulting engagements at large and mid-sized financial services companies. * Defining and developing technical and data requirements for AML systems. * Aiding in the configuration of an AML system. * Designing, planning for, and executing data workstreams as part of an AML system implementation. * Leading a team of technical professionals to perform data validation as part of a larger model risk management team. * Performing data analysis, data mapping and data validation in support of an AML system project. * Maintaining a working knowledge (functional and operational) of the rules and regulations, including but not limited to BSA, USA PATRIOT Act and OFAC. * Conducting/facilitating internal or client facing meetings/presentation.
