Description:

Our client is currently looking for a Project Manager to support an influx of awards here in the Baltimore market. Projects are all industrial manufacturing related projects. Looking for a PM that can run projects both from a GC and Owners Rep Lens. Manage several large renovation projects at one time. Create and maintain project schedules and budgets. Oversee subcontractor selection and management process. Interact with owners and provide project updates.
