Job Description

Based in Peoria, AZ, we are seeking a Project Manager to join our growing team. This position is open due to a backfill and increased project demands, offering a long-term career opportunity. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the project not only meets but exceeds its financial objectives by effectively overseeing and monitoring each stage of development. This role includes coordinating meetings, managing field operations, reviewing project estimates, overseeing monthly job cost updates, and negotiating change orders. Additionally, the Project Manager will form and lead an effective project management team, resolve unexpected technical difficulties, and ensure the project's safety, quality, and production standards. The successful candidate will also handle project closeout procedures to secure all necessary documentation and support.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Peoria, Arizona.

Work Environment

Projects are located around the Peoria, Glendale, and Phoenix metro area, involving treatment plants, lift stations, booster stations, and reclamation facilities. The position includes a vehicle allowance and gas card. Working hours are generally Mon-Fri, 6am-2:30pm or 7am-3:30pm, but flexibility is required based on project demands. The role involves spending a majority of time in the field at project sites. No out of state travel is required.
