Description:

You will lead development teams in new medical device development using the Product Development process. You will be responsible for learning and leveraging business system tools to achieve project targets including time to market, quality, cost, and product performance and will have opportunity to innovate improved processes to deliver these targets.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have the following capabilities, experience and qualities:

• 4 or more years of technical product development experience with good working knowledge of product development and commercial roll-out process

• Experience developing project charters (budget, schedule, technical approach) and managing charter execution through the project lifecycle

• Demonstrated success driving performance through lateral leadership

• Exceptional organization skills with high attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science or management. Project Management Professional certification is desired.
