Job Description

Seeking a Project Manager with 5-10 years of commercial construction experience to facilitate and manage local job order contracts and municipal projects around the Phoenix area. This role involves overseeing project schedules, financial requirements, preconstruction efforts, and project execution. The ideal candidate will manage project meetings, establish QA/QC initiatives, perform cost management, and ensure compliance with safety and change management procedures.

Hard Skills

• Commercial Project Management experience

• Proficiency with Job Order Contracts and CMAR

• Proficiency with Primavera and Microsoft programs

Soft Skills

• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and A/E disciplines

• Leadership in managing field staff and resources

• Effective communication and documentation skills

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Chandler, Arizona.

Work Environment

Salaried role - Monday through Friday, start and end times to be determined. A laptop and cell phone will be provided. No out of state travel required, only local projects.
