Project Manager

Our client is a manufacturer of products for the heat exchange industry and currently looking to bring on a project manager to their team.

• Act as production process owner, responsible for execution of all processes related to production.

• Manage the product flow, and schedule execution within the organization.

• Operational responsibilities to communicate, align, and implement defined strategy while meeting set goals.

• Establish all operational policies for proper fabrication and verification of products.

• Involvement in the global alignment of operations activities

• Successful development of local organization in terms of competence and succession planning according to Alfa Laval Production System.

• Bachelor of Engineering / Science in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.

• Lean or Six Sigma Certifications.

• Advanced Computer Skills (ERP , MS Office Suite, Auto Cad, Data Analysis etc).

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Engineering, Mechanical

• 3-5+ years of experience

• Experience within an industrial manufacturing environment, ideally a robotics automation plant

• Must be at least passport eligible

• Experience with AutoCAD design (modifications)

• 2-3 years of experience from Maintenance/Production/Quality areas.

• 1-2 years of People Management Experience.

• Able to read drawings, blueprints, machine performance reports etc.
