Job Description

A well-known, established, and reputable company located in Newport News is seeking an experienced Project Manager for their office in Richmond. You will manage all project activities alongside the project superintendent and project team. The project involves a full addition building at Hampton Sydney College in Farmville, VA. You will oversee all finances and contract documents, as well as prepare and maintain the project schedule in collaboration with the superintendent.

Hard Skills

• 5+ years as a project manager
• Experience managing $20M+ projects
• Experience with higher education projects (nice to have)
• B.S in construction management or related field
