Project Manager

Munster based engineering and construction firm is seeking an experience Project Manager for large scale projects. Please note: SCRUM and IT project management experience is NOT applicable.

Job Description:

• The Construction Project Manager will be working on large scale projects ($5-50 million dollar) - mainly industrial, government/federal, distribution, light manufacturing, etc.

• Experience with mechanical, electrical, commercial and industrial construction and/or design is preferred

• They would spend a fair amount of time on construction sites - possibly up to 50% of the time

• Will be producing drawings or assisting with drawings as needed

• Revit skills not required, but would be a huge plus - Must be able to mark up and create in Bluebeam. Will be using Microsoft Office as well.

• Will be utilizing 360 camera, distometer, force meter, etc. to help with site investigations

• Must possess strong leadership, communication & organizational skills

Skills & Qualifications:

• Must have US accredited degree in Architecture, Construction or Engineering

• Must have 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager working on large projects

• $5-50 million

• Must be able to understand the full scope of work

• This does NOT include internship experience

• Project Experience within industrial, government/federal, distribution, light manufacturing sectors

• Experience working as Electrical or Mechanical PM (Highly Preferred)

• Ability to use mobile devices for communications and record keeping

• Ability to observe and report, take pictures, and create a field report each day

• Must be able to use Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, etc.

• Must have valid driver's license

• Must have full work authorization

• Must be local- this is an in office/onsite role
