Description: Project Manager

The Project Manager will direct each project by giving direction to Project Engineers and other internal teammates. While they will be responsible for the customer scope and high-level oversight, the Project Manager will also be responsible for:

• • Meet with customers to understand their needs, consult them on feasibility, and scope the project
• • Creating and managing the budget for projects
• • Design initial concepts and designs for customer projects using both AutoCAD 2D and Inventor (3D)
• • Coordinating schedules for front end and installation of projects
• • Occasionally traveling to customer sites to help with installation and oversight

The right candidate for this position will be proficient in project management but also: able to interface with customers in a profession manner. The ideal candidate enjoys working as a team and is able to give clear direction to other teammates working on projects together. To be the best long-term fit with the team, this person will also be someone who is comfortable on a shop floor and in a hands-on environment.
