Project Manager

Description:

• Organize and lead build / commissioning planning & reporting; updating excel status, and team boards • Review and status build-shop call, commissioning & troubleshooting issues -JIRA - documentation and tracking • Review missing parts by kit(phase) with build team and development countermeasure • Support weekly reports and report outs for build and commissioning teams: build status, High risk parts review and milestone impact, shop calls report out, general issues & action items; Align with Core team rep. to report out Build & Commissioning status • Report on build delays & assess plan with planners and truck owners • Facilitate and execute build tool and processes and implementation, coordinate and train; Monitor build documentation and track changes to build PVR/PPR • Organize vehicle hand-off activities • Organize and build out training plan and checklist for build and commissioning team • Track and report on overall team progress and milestones • Participate and pass all relevant training • Facilitate Build/Commissioning related meetings and workshops

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Hours are 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, 5 days/week • Building prototype vehicles • 4 -week build or a 12-week build, truck type, powertrain type depends on the timing of build • 5-6 builds at once • 30-minute truck status meeting • Forecast, tracking • Daily interaction with the team • Single point of contact • Working with Engineers to Managers to Technicians • This person needs to be an activity driver • Connecting different people to scheduled events with the ability to put the right people in the room, put people's feet to fire on their commitments • Someone who is eager and outgoing - not afraid to meet people
