Project Manager

AAC Inc is seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as Task Order Program Manager (TOPM) for work with a government customer. As a TOPM, you will serve as the project manager for a large, complex task order (or a group of task orders affecting the same system) and shall assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), the task order-level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel and customer agency representatives. Under the guidance of the Program Manager, the TOPM is responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.

Managing customer, employee, vendor and partner expectations will be important for the overall success of this work along with AAC prestige. This position requires a person who can lead, manage, and demonstrate a deep understanding of the mission, solutions, policies and protocols. Govcon experience and understanding, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate are a must.

Required Experience

Key Rolls & Responsibilities:

• Possess subject matter expertise in End User and Desktop Support (i.e. Tier 2) and the desire and ability to successfully lead, and improve, service teams

• Oversee and direct the IT equipment accounts for hardware and software

• Manage the handling, account inventory, issuance, receipt, transport and disposal of IT equipment

• Training

• Manage and improve on a training plan that ensures that employee abilities are maximized so that end user personnel are able to best leverage IT services to minimize downtime and focus on their mission.

• Be creative to message to end users the various options they have to ensure that their issues are being resolved.

• DoD Approved 8570/8140 Baseline Certification; Category IAM I
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, or other recognized project management certification
