ACRT is currently seeking experienced candidates who enjoy working outdoors. Our target is to identify candidates to work on utility systems as vegetation management arborists. Our field positions are ideal for professional-minded individuals with an educational background in forestry, natural resource, horticulture, arboriculture, environmental studies, or related disciplines and with exposure in these fields or line of work.
The Program Manager is responsible for developing the "Scope of Work" documentation for bids from vegetation contractors, reviewing veg contractor bids communicating critical information between departments to ensure resource availability, manage projects, and ensure projects are completed to specified scope of work, and is responsible to train/mentor the Project Manager 1's.

Forestry or relevant degree preferred
10+ years utility or UVM experience for degreed personnel
Target 12+ years UVM experience for non-degreed
Relevant industry certifications
Strong computer skills
Strong communication skills
Displayed leadership qualities
Project management skills and experience
Very knowledgeable of FAC-003
