TLC is a leading language services provider that believes in delivering exceptional linguistic solutions to our clients. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of various language and translation projects. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and ensuring that deliverables meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple language and translation projects simultaneously, from initiation to completion.
• Plan project timelines, define project scope, and allocate resources accordingly.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including linguists, translators, and client service representatives, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Communicate with clients to gather project requirements, provide updates on project status, and address any inquiries or concerns.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables by conducting thorough quality assurance checks.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change requests.
• Continuously optimize project management processes and identify opportunities for increased efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish
• Proven experience in managing language and translation projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
