Key Objectives:

Team Engagement:

  • Design and implement a standard project management methodology, that meets the needs of unit price and lump sum projects

  • Manage the supply/demand balancing and risk mitigation for the portfolio of projects

  • Providing day to day leadership of the project management team

  • Partner with the Planning/VDC and Construction team leaders, to ensure seamless delivery

  • 10+ years of project leadership experience

  • Project Methodology standardization must bring a plan on how to align our Project Team into one operating model

  • Team Leadership experience, including: selection, evaluation, performance and coaching

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Valid TN Driver's License and be able to pass a drug & background screen


  • Commercial and Transportation/Infrastructure construction experience

  • Working knowledge of Vista by Viewpoint ERP

  • Formal education, either college degree or advanced training, in project management, financial management, etc.
