  • Prepare briefings, reports and schedule charts for technical and program status reviews and acquisition management functions.

  • Prepare inputs to program documents/databases, budgets, and to the Project Management process.

  • Conduct research, prepare statistical reports, handle information requests, and perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings.

  • Provide inputs to and consolidate, review, coordinate and track acquisition documents, assistance services in support of readjustments in program documentation and resource assignments.

  • Review contract deliverables such as program milestone schedules and SRs to determine if the events, problems, status, and actions are accurately described in the reports and provide comments to the Government.

  • Maintain a data library to include test plan documents, financial spend plans, and program schedules. Maintain a database reflecting status of studies and reports received or due from intra-Government contracts. Notify the Government when delinquencies occur.

  • Identify alternatives and plan for implementation of changes in the organization of the office, equipment purchases, and other related matters which would improve the organization or affect economies of operation.

  • Ensure operability and availability of acquisition and Project Management enhancement tools, video teleconference capability (VTC), and conferencing and communication enhancement equipment.

  • Assist in scheduling meetings for 96 TSSQ.

  • Assist in maintaining organization charts

  • Maintain and track program funding using JOCAS and Earned Value Cost Accounting System (EVCAS) to ensure effective management of fund expenditures.

  • Review and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.

  • Experience of Microsoft Office products required.

  • Experience with use of Share Point desired.

  • Must be able to work effectively alone, unsupervised, or within a group.

VIEW JOBS 3/22/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-06-20T00:00 Essential Functions: * Design a documentation management process to store, control and track documents * Lead implementation of document management process along with IT and management team * Establish and maintain configuration processes for equipment hardware and software version management, system build, backup and recovery, archiving, and change management * Communicates configuration management (CM) processes, variations, and deviations to the program, and coordinates, submits and maintains technical data and relevant processes * Responsible for the execution of the process controls, ensuring that staff comply with process and data standards * Experience with managing change control activities and CM databases, support configuration control board and CM functions, and coordinate engineering change proposal (ECP) or change comments with other organizations * Ability to identify and develop configuration item baselines, maintain a CM library, prepare, review and comment on ECPs * Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and provide specific direction to data and equipment owners to ensure compliance * Provide document traceability, accountability and support auditing and reporting Education and Experience Qualification * Bachelor's (or Master's) degree required with 3-10 years of experience. Substitution of experience for education will be considered with government approval * Knowledge of developing, managing, and maintaining CM plans, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and policies * Must have strong organization skills * Must be proficient in Software/Hardware/Network Configuration Management tools development and CM management techniques * Experience in software revision control systems such as Subversion * SharePoint (or similar product) site administration experience desired * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project), required * Working Knowledge of Microsoft Visio preferred * Basic knowledge of AFI cyber-security Authorization to Operate (ATO) protocols * Ability to understand the specific procedures and processes of the Air Force Test Center and DoD regulations and guidelines. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with customer interaction and presentation capabilities required. * Must be able to work effectively alone, unsupervised, or within a group. * Must be able to work in a fast paced environment while being able to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines. * Must be willing to travel up to 5%. * US Citizenship required. Security Clearance * Must hold an active Department of Defense Secret Security Clearance with an investigation in the last six years. * Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret Security Clearance.
