Reporting to the Divisional Strategy and Support Manager, the Project Management Sr. Specialist will execute multiple projects and other Divisional-related initiatives to support execution against the Division strategy for the Consumer and Investment businesses. This role requires excellent attention to details, strong verbal and written communications skills, detailed data entry skills to support the day to day needs of the Division. Additional responsibilities includes client hosting opportunities to acquire, deepen and retain client relationships which involves both on and offsite events planning and administration.

Job Description:

  • Manages multiple tasks, projects or other Divisional-related initiatives, collaborating with key partners across Consumer Banking, Wealth Management and other parts of CCB

  • Exceptional commitment to the customer experience model to support the divisional execution of delivering on our passion to meet and exceed our customer expectations and creating a customer obsession culture

  • Self directs activities, monitors details and sets priorities

  • Identifies and documents best practices

  • Independently develops value-adding business solutions

  • Executes superbly and meets commitments, acting with a sense of urgency

  • Identifies risk and escalates project issues quickly and appropriately, helping to resolve with solution-focused mindset

  • Minimum 2 years' experience data entry in a client focused environment

  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with all levels of management

  • Demonstrated ability in problem solving and creative thinking

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint

  • Ability to work independently and flexible with hours
