Job Description:

Due to the growing and constantly changing nature of the Alternative Investment business, there are a large number of special projects that the Alternative Investments PMO manages on behalf of our customers. This position will provide formalized project coordination across multiple departments, streamline and standardize repeatable best practices and processes, and produce project management life cycle documentation. Furthermore, this person will work closely with both Relationship Managers and clients leading project activities to help grow our business and improve service.

Preferred experience with JIRA, Excel, and Visio. Associate must be comfortable leading large meetings with various levels of leadership and clients. Candidate needs to be skilled at time management in order to prioritize the work assigned.

Bachelor's degree and 2 years of work-related experience, or 4 years equivalent work-related experience.

This position handles all aspects of the personal computer (PC), mobile, and software lifecycle management including procurement, inventory tracking, scheduling of deployments, and end-of-life disposals. They coordinate with other groups for projects that require cross-functional participation. The position will also be responsible for the consistent reporting of data within multiple applications with a high degree of accuracy.
