Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Management Specialist for our RMS Client Portfolio Management Department located in Wilmington, MA.


  • Manages key client accounts and other client programs that require complex planning and in-depth analysis to ensure that projects meet client expectations and deadlines

  • Functions as the primary client contact, with guidance from senior scientific staff, for activities related to the planning and execution of client programs

  • Interacts with clients in order to understand their requirements to disseminate and partner with Business Development, Client Services, Operational Staff, and Quality Assurance Staff

  • Organizes, collects, prepares and distributes information necessary to ensure operational milestones are met from the development of contracts to final reporting

  • Recommends and implements study management improvements.


The following are minimum requirements related to the Project Management Specialist position.

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in life sciences or related discipline

  • 3 years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience.

  • Must be able to manage resources/staff without direct reporting relationships.

  • Proven ability to multi-task, excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail required.

  • Possess analytical thinking and problem solving skills and be able to prioritize and re-evaluate priorities as situations change.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.


  • AALAS certification.

  • Experience with SalesForce or a CRM system.

JOB SUMMARY: To facilitate and support a wide range of Corporate Service initiatives including, but not limited to: Service training programs, on-site Service evaluations, and provide monthly/quarterly reports to the field. Provide continuous support and communication to the field. JOB DESCRIPTION: * Facilitate and/or support various Corporate Service training programs delivered at Corporate and regionally. * Facilitate and/or support on-site Service Evaluations throughout the United States and Canada. * Revise, update and maintain existing training materials, and develop new materials for Corporate Service training programs, manuals, workbooks, and standalone materials. * Assist in organizing, tracking, and maintaining all training support product inventories. * Assist supporting a wide range of "field" service requests, questions, and needs. * Work with others within and without the department in order to continually improve, streamline, and overhaul all elements of Corporate Service infrastructure. * Provide administrative support for various Corporate Service training, on-site Service Evaluations and monthly/quarterly reports to the field. * Assist with special projects as needed. * Assist with tasks related to any new company acquisitions * Support field post training/conversion with follow up visits, and problem remediation * Responsible for training or engagement ad-hoc projects as needed. * Position requires up to 50% travel anywhere in the U.S. and Canada.
