Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced or Senior Project Management Specialist (Level 3 and Level 4) to join the 777-9 Integrated Modular Avionics team based in Everett, Washington.

Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.
Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives.
Builds schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project.
Works to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support project decision makers.
Advises all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion.
Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.
Assists customers to develop performance recovery plan and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders.
This position is expected to be 80% onsite, with 20% telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Everett, WA.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
3+ years of experience in Project Management
3+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment
3+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and all levels of leadership
3+ years of experience using Integrated Scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Open Plan Professional, Primavera, etc.
3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor's degree and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Experience in an aerospace or manufacturing environment
Experienced (Level 3)
Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Senior (Level 4):
Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
