We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Project Management Manager!

The Project Manager will manage projects by analyzing information, developing and tracking project plans, providing expertise to resolve project difficulties and directing resources. Assist in the management, planning and tracking of activities for multiple project teams across products, functions and sites. Develop schedules and performance requirements. Responsible for ensuring project goals are met on time. Ensures effective, accurate and timely communication across functional areas within the project / program, serving as a primary point of contact among functional areas for project / program-related issues. Interact frequently with outside partners, project team members and senior staff to ensure cooperation and achievement of common goals. Analyze company goals in relation to project tasks in order to balance new and existing projects. Facilitate project and product development teams.


Bachelor's degree in science, engineering or business. Three to five years' experience in a bio-pharmaceutical environment including: laboratory, manufacturing, engineering, quality assurance etc.Must be highly organized, multitask oriented with excellent communication and people skills. Must have knowledge of cGMPs and other pharmaceutical subjects (i.e. clinical, regulatory) in order to comprehend project tasks and progress. Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Project or other project management software (advanced) and Internet information searches. Must have excellent writing capability.

VIEW JOBS 3/25/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-06-23T00:00 The Business Analyst conducts moderate-to-high complexity reviews and analyses relating to FINRA-wide regulatory, including operational reporting and metrics for internal FINRA management, SEC, and Regulatory Services Agreement (RSA) Clients. This position is responsible for conducting the monthly production reporting processes of the RSA program and other metric reporting on FINRA's Regulatory programs. This is an advanced level professional position expanding skills, and working under limited supervision and moderate guidance. Essential Job Functions: * Executes the recurring monthly production reporting cycle for the RSA Client Metrics. This includes the maintenance and use of various databases, spreadsheets and analytical tools. * Consolidates data from multiple sources, processes the data consistent with established methodologies, and prepares and distributes monthly management reports. * Plans and develops moderate-to-high complexity analyses; summarizes results and findings and presents to management. * Collects and documents report requirements from management and staff across internal and external constituents. * Maintains and enhances process and procedure documentation, including monthly procedures, and version control for all reports. * Recommends, initiates and implements process improvements and tool set enhancements. This may include changes to databases, report distribution methods, alignment of reports and documents with other production reporting within FINRA. * Participates in, or leads, monthly meetings with Cognos business users to track status on any open action items and reports from prior period reviews. * Assists other analysts on more complex efforts. Other Responsibilities: * Participates on special projects as assigned. * Serves as a mentor for less experienced Analysts. * Keeps management updated on notable trends in industry practices, products and procedures. Education/Experience Requirements: * Bachelor's degree and at least five (5) years of directly related business experience required. Major in Business Administration, or related field preferred; advanced degree preferred. * Advanced knowledge of business management, data analysis and technology systems is highly desirable. * Demonstrated proficiency in using software applications for business, financial or operational analysis is required (including Visual Basic, MS Excel, and MS Access or other database). Work Conditions: * Work is normally performed in an office environment. * Intermittent overnight travel may be required. * Extended hours are frequently required. * Work environment includes high productivity expectations and tight deadlines.
