Summary of Position:
The Promotions Intern is a support role helping their dedicated team with any needs as they arise. Their focus will be on the project management side of business.
Key Responsibilities and Attributes:
Shadow Account Executives to gain basic understanding and scope of promotions
Assist in the project management and execution of a promotion by reviewing costs, creating timelines, cost spreadsheets, and purchase order requests.
Meet with Intern Supervisor weekly to communicate progress of projects and continue to communicate updates throughout the week.
Assist Account Executives with file closure.
Join 2 PEP Committees. Intern will work with Intern supervisor to choose to at least (2) committees to join. Intern will attend scheduled committee meetings, assist in committee activities and communicate to appropriate personnel (per approval of IS).
Attend regularly scheduled team meetings.
Attend all vendor presentations and tours.
Complete internship special project as designed and designated by the Intern Supervisor

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel. Typing skills should be a minimum of 55 wpm
