This position requires strong project management skills, the ability to collaborate effectively, provide insight around potential risks and opportunities, initiate resolutions, communicate effectively, and deliver results.


  • Assist in creating onboarding documentation for internal operations processes.

  • Support the entire Project Management team in entering estimates into the system to ensure rates and hours have been correctly administered.

  • Manage timelines/schedules and resources for a collection of clients within a workstream.

  • Participate in daily stand-up meetings, project planning roadmaps, and projects from initiation to completion.

  • Assist in pulling daily and weekly reports to provide to account managers and creative directors.

  • Work with other project managers to shift internal resources, as necessary, for the benefit of projects and equalizing workload.

  • Under the direction of the head project manager, help reinforce processes to assigned teams.

  • Assist with the completion of post-project results reporting and job closing.

  • Ensure jobs are opened accurately in the system.


  • Familiarity with Agile Project Management methodologies, including sprint planning, Kanban and daily check-in's is a PLUS

  • An absolute passion for work that focuses on project management and execution of the work.

  • An understanding of the following agency roles account management, creative, production, digital, studio, and public relations. No worries if you don't know we'll teach you!

  • Ability to effectively manage many jobs simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-sensitive environment. Must be EXTREMELY gifted in time management and organizational skills. Comfort with rapidly changing priorities is essential.

  • Influencer of others with strong personal presence a take-charge go-getter. Respectfully outspoken when necessary.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel formatting.

  • Buttoned-up must possess extreme attention to detail and commitment to excellence for all work delivered to the client.

  • An innovative and resourceful problem solver.

  • A "we can make it happen" mindset, along with a strong work ethic.
